Refund Process

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your return request.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
